We’ve all been shocked by the last-minute postponement of IMM 2025, and like many of you, we’re gutted. But instead of watching months of planning, excitement, and bookings go to waste, let’s turn this around.

Here at UK MINI Runs, we’re proposing a recovery event for the MINI community affected – a proper weekend gathering at our trusted Elan Valley Run location in Builth Wells, Wales.

We have the space. We have the facilities. We’ve done it before – and we can do it again.

Proposed Dates: Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th August
Where: Builth Wells Show Ground, Builth Wells, Wales
What to expect: MINIs In The Valley (MITV25)
– Camping, traders, food, fun and the MINI family we all love
– Up to 1000 MINIs welcome
– £40 per person, kids under 16 go free
– Max charge per car: £80 (so back seat mates get in free!)

The surrounding towns offer a great choice of hotels, pubs, and cosy stays — all set against a backdrop of stunning Welsh scenery and incredible driving roads. This is the heart of the Elan Valley: a truly spectacular region, perfect for MINI enthusiasts looking for adventure, beauty, and brilliant motoring.

Don't worry, we'll provide an e-roadbook with all the best driving roads in the surrounding area for you to enjoy.
